Refund policy
We are so thankful for your business! We hope you love your items, but we also understand sometimes online purchases do not always work out. In that case our return policy is listed below:
- ALL returns must be approved by us within 14 calendar days of purchase or receipt of goods in the mail. Please email julie@shilohstyle.co regarding all returns.Â
- If the return is approved within 7 days, a full refund will be awarded.
- If the return is approved after 7 days (but before 14), a store credit will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Even exchanges will be allowed if the item and (desired size) is still in stock at the time of return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will confirm approval for shipment of return back to us. Customer is responsible for shipping on all return orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for items that have visible signs of wear or damage by customer. Please get in touch if you have any questions.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items marked “FINAL SALE, or any gift cards.Â
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
